Homes by Kim Brooks is a next-generation, locally family-owned home builder based in Albuquerque, New Mexico. For over 20 years, our family has been proudly serving communities across Albuquerque, Rio Rancho, and the surrounding areas with one goal in mind: building high-quality, semi-custom homes that reflect the unique lifestyle and values of every client.
Originally founded by Kim Brooks in 1998, our company expanded as we brought on a sister company, Summertree Homes in 2006, when more family members joined the team. Homes by Kim Brooks was, and always has been the parent company, however, in 2018, we proudly returned to our roots — reviving the Homes by Kim Brooks name, a name that has long stood for craftsmanship, integrity, and personal service. Our founder and president, Kim Brooks, has been building homes since the 1980s and continues to inspire our team with his passion for helping people create homes they truly love.
